Have you ever wondered what all those action icons do? We will explore the most commonly used Action Icons (Easy Buttons) in this article. Action Icons appear in the Legacy Full-Agent Report, All Fields Detail, Agent Detail W/ Map, as well as other detail reports. These Quick Action Links (Easy Buttons) are a one-STOP shop to all the information you’d need on a property.
Community Reports – Click on the icon with the White House to see the Community Reports for this listing. Use the tabs to see other stats on Housing, People, Economy, Schools, Environment, Quality of Life and Map.
Associated Documents – Click on the D icon to view any associated documents, in relation to the current listing. Examples of these documents may be Seller’s Disclosure Statements, Acknowledgement of Lead Based Paint, and any other correlated forms/documents. Now just recently, the associated documents in Paragon will automatically pull into the purchase side of a transaction into Instanet’s Transaction Desk—saving several steps when getting the documents signed.
Cloud CMA: Flyer – By clicking on the Cloud CMA Flyer icon, you are able to create a one- page property flyer that is customizable to your personal preferences. Choose your colors, fonts, page layout, and even create your own custom pages.
Cloud CMA: Property Report – Clicking on the Cloud CMA Property Report Icon allows you to customize your report in any way you would like to communicate this information to your prospective clients. This property report is going to provide your client with a comprehensive report that summarizes all of the information related to the property, from Paragon.
History – Click on the H icon to see a property history detail report, for that property. A window will open on your current screen that shows any changes that have been made to the property; which includes the time and date of the change, the type of change made, as well as the status, price, listing agent and office of the property.
Instanet – Click the blue Instanet icon to create a “One-Click Transaction”, which allows you to pull information from a listed property, within the MLS, directly into your transaction. This will pull over information for the selected property for you, so you don’t have to re-key that same information. The property MLS #, property address, list price, list date, list agent and brokerage information, as well as your information and your brokerage.
Map – Click on the M icon to see the listing presented on the map. You can change the type of map that is displayed, print the map, display layers, and find nearby points of interest. The types of maps include, birds-eye, road view, and aerial views.
Quick View – Click on the I icon to see a Quick View of the listing.
Realist Property Detail – Click the red Realist Property Detail (Public Records Data) icon to view Owner, Tax and Location Information, as well as Characteristics of the property. The Estimated Value, Listing Information, Last Market Sale & Sales History, and Mortgage History are also provided.
RPR (Realtor Property Resource) – Click the RPR icon to view the tax records, which includes a Summary of the property, History (shown below), Charts, Refined Value, Neighborhood Information, and the ability to create a Comparative Analysis or a Sales Comparison Analysis.
Schedule A Showing – Click on the Schedule a Showing icon to easily request an appointment time for the selected property. Simply verify your contact information, choose the type of showing you would like, select a time and submit your request. Your request is automatically routed to the appropriate person for approval.
