Tour & Open House Updates

Some improvements have been made to the Tour & Open House View in Paragon. Directions have been added to the report, Quick Action icons have been added to easily open the Mapping Tool, and the Showing Assist icon has been added to make it easier to schedule your visit.

TOURS/OPEN HOUSE VIEW:

1. CLICK the Search icon

2. Select Tour and Open House

3. Enter your Search Criteria

4. CLICK Search

The Spreadsheet View is the system default (unless you have already customized it).

1. Select the new Tour/Open House View

2. CLICK on the green REPORTS button

3. open the Tour/OH folder

4. Select Tour/Open House View

If you would like to make the Tour/Open House View your Default Open House Report:

Click the Preferences icon

Open the System Preferences folder and

Select Result Options

Scroll down to DEFAULT TOUR/OH SEARCH RESULT

Select Tour/Open House View
