Advertising & Lead Capture With Social Media

Now that the busy season is upon us, it is time to start marketing your listings in a way that will get the best possible exposure! REALTORS® should not solely rely on listing portals and IDX for advertising and lead capture - SOCIAL MEDIA has proven to be the best source to do just that.

MiRealSource is here to help our members get even MORE EXPOSURE by retweeting your tweets on Twitter for additional exposure to all of our followers. If you have a new listing or perhaps holding an Open House; tweet about it on Twitter using the single property website link that is available in ListTrac.

IMPORTANT REMINDER: Be sure to tweet using @MiRealSourceMLS (@ symbol) or MiRealSource will not receive the notification to retweet your listing/open house information. Keep in mind, tweeting at your community as well can be very effective, for example #Troy or @troymichigan

Step One: CLICK ListTrac under Paragon’s Resources Tab

Step Two: Select the single property website link for the listing that you want to Tweet

Step Three: Select the Twitter Icon

Step Four: ListTrac will auto populate the Tweet for you, however, it is suggested to add any extra verbiage you think would be beneficial to promoting the property (Example: #Macomb 4 bed, 3 bath, and any selling features that will grab the audience – but most importantly be sure to include @MiRealSourceMLS to be sure the MLS is notified to retweet the Listing/Open House – for MORE EXPOSURE!
